If you experience pain in your knee, stiffness and maybe swellings, this workshop is for you.
My intention is to take away the worries that come with moving in spite of pain, find the right intensity of practice for you and establish a training schedule that is absolutely doable in your every day life – because everything else just doesn’t make sense.
You will learn simple yet effective yoga and qui gong exercises and get all the information you need. It will be possible to ask questions, because being informed helps you to assess your situation and to talk to your therapists.
This will be a great opportunity to set good intentions for your healing and get into the practice right away. Looking forward to sharing with you!
This workshop will be in English or bilingual English/German.
